Facade system FWS 35 PD
The Schüco FWS 35 PD aluminum façade system belongs to the Panorama Design (PD) series, with a minimal visible profile of just 35 mm. At the same time, the Schüco FWS 35 PD system boasts impressive performance characteristics, including thermal insulation that meets passive house standards (up to Uf=0.88 W/m²K in the SI version).
Schuco 114 SG.SI parallel-and-retractable and top-hung outward-opening windows and automated Schüco TipTponic hardware are available.
Facade system FWS 50 / Schuco FWS 60
Schuco FWS 50 / FWS 60 aluminum façade systems with standard face widths. Certified for compliance with the Passive House standard (SI versions up to Uf=0.70 W/m2K / Uf=0.67 W/m2K, respectively).
The system emphasizes ease and speed of manufacture. An innovative wiring system allows for more secure installation of electrical components. An important aspect is the ability to use very heavy glass (up to 910 kg).
Facade system FW 50+ SG / Schuco FW 60+ SG
The Schüco FW 50+ SG and Schüco FW 60+ SG structural glazing facades are a special variation of the Schüco FWS 50/60, in which the system profile is visible only from the room. Only the glass surfaces and neat joints are visible from the outside. Thermal insulation values can reach Uf=0.90 W/m²K.
The combination of the Schüco FW 50/60+ SG and the series with external decorative caps allows for the imitation of semi-structural glazing, highlighting horizontal or vertical joints and thus creating desired architectural accents.
The system can accommodate top-hung or parallel-and-stand windows opening outward, with either manual or TipTronic hardware. Opening limiters with shock absorbers provide protection against loss. The maximum possible weight of opening doors is 250 kg.
Facade system FWS 60 CV
The Schuco FWS 60 CV system is designed for the implementation of modern strip facades with a floor height, in which the opening parts do not affect the width of the profile compared to standard glazing. That is, the opening sashes are no different from the deaf ones, that is, in the closed state, they are not visible. The result is "concealed vent", hence the abbreviation CV in the name of the series. Inside the room, the shutters "give out" only handles and a neat seam.
The Schuco AvanTec SimplySmart system with Komfort fittings fully integrated into the profile allows you to implement rotary, tilt-tilt or tilt-and-tilt window opening.
The system for organizing the glass parapet is completely integrated into the profile (French balcony), protecting it from falling out and emphasizing the style of the facade.
The index of heat transfer resistance in the HI version is up to Uf=1.5 W/m2K
