SLIDING MAX TRACK

The SLIDING MAX TRACK sliding glazing system features parallel movement of the sashes and a threshold height of 42 mm. Designed for warmer glazing of terraces, verandas, gazebos, restaurants, and cafes, it offers a more advanced version of frameless glazing systems using tempered glass and sash parking parallel to the glazing line. 4-12-4 mm or 6-8-6 mm glass units are used. Energy-saving glass units or tinted glass (bronze, graphite) are also available.
The advantage of this system is that it is bottom-supported, meaning the entire weight of the sashes rests on the floor. A unique feature of the system is that all sashes are interlocked and move independently. Therefore, by pushing the first sash, the entire system can be closed – the sashes will extend from the parking position one after the other and automatically lock into the desired position. Each sash moves on rollers supported by the bottom profile. The bottom profile is attached directly to the floor covering (tiles, decking). In this case, the center of the system creates excellent sliding doors.
The SLIDING MAX TRACK system features excellent sealing – four felt seals between the sashes, two felt seals between the sashes and the frame, and two felt seals between the bottom sash and the supporting profile. The system uses reinforced rollers with a polyamide coating, ensuring smooth sliding of the sashes. Each roller can withstand a load of 120 kg, allowing sash widths up to 1500 mm.
The system is corrosion-resistant; all profiles are aluminum, and all components are made of stainless steel and plastic. The standard finish is Anthracite Grey, but upon request, the profiles can be painted in any RAL color. A wood-effect finish is also available.
